AT&T makes a minimum of 3 organic posts per week on their recruiting channels in addition to paid advertising campaigns. This organic social campaign looks at all things AT&T, not just specific careers like ad campaigns. Each channel has a slightly different focus and KPIs, but they all relate back to two guiding messages. Purpose: focusing on thought leadership, company goals, and on-the-job experiences. Culture: focusing on company benefits, growth opportunities, and employee stories.

March Madness

AT&T has long been a sponsor of the March Madness basketball tournament. We saw this as an opportunity to highlight some of the most in-demand jobs at the company in a fun way while also celebrating the collaborative culture of the company - much like basketball, it takes multiple “players” of different skillsets to succeed. We created these sports-style highlight cards and wrote copy in the voice of sports commentators to make for playful job ads. The result of the campaign was MoM gains in impressions, video views, and clicks - driving thousands of users to job listings.
